Meet the Rural Mission Solutions Team

Staff

Rural Mission Solutions has a small but experienced team to support village churches, including:

CEO: Bob Goody is passionate about seeing lives changed by Jesus. After his own dramatic conversion at the age of 16 he desires that no one should go through life without knowing the truth and hope that only Jesus can give.

Bob loves to see Christians that are equipped, resourced and released into mission, with a passion and desire to make Jesus known.

Outside of work Bob loves to socialise, play board games and serve his local church and community. Bob is married to the amazing Bec, and they have a beautiful boy called Reuben. They live in Mansfield and are part of the Leadership team at Ashwood Church.

Bob has an MA in Mission and has been serving in ministry for the last 23+ years, having worked in local churches and small charities, as well as working for Spring Harvest, Soul Survivor and New Wine, he has helped direct mission on behalf of Youth for Christ and Scripture Union. His heart, his passion and his life is all about sharing the love of Jesus wherever he can.

Missions Advisor: David Wells is an experienced Mission Enabler and is particularly involved in our Mission Can Be Fun programmes and has helped to develop our online ministry. David is available to work with churches and offer on-going support as they develop their own strategies for mission.

Children and Families Advisor: Joy Howells, is a former school headteacher and serves as our consultant for ministry to and with children.  Joy has a wide experience working in both an Anglican and free church context, bringing a wealth of understanding and experience working with children.
