We are members of the Rural Evangelism Network which is the national ecumenical network bringing together the best resources from the Churches and Mission Agencies working in rural Britain to share experience and insight and so promote good practice in rural evangelism. There are around fifty members representing between them many thousands of churches and hundreds of experienced evangelists.
The Network holds regular Conferences and promotes and produces appropriate written material such as the Workbooks on Rural Evangelism among other titles.
It also maintains a helpful website with a constantly growing range of useful and authoritative articles and resources on such topics as "What Works?", Alpha and similar programmes, children's work, church planting, fresh expressions of church, tourist outreach, presence at shows and festivals, church & community ventures, small churches workbook, and lots more. This is managed for the Network by the Centre for Rural Mission.
