Revive Rural Group

“Revive Rugby” is a network of Christian churches of various traditions in and around Rugby in Warwickshire established with the motto “To know Christ and to make him known through empowering individual Christians and churches”.

It aims to

·       encourage each Christian to develop the heart and mind of a disciple;

·       encourage the community of God’s people in the Rugby area to work together to fulfil the Great Commission; and to

·       encourage each church to reach out appropriately and effectively to the wider community, reflecting their own character.

Revive is broken into smaller sub-groups including a Rural Group which we help to nurture.  In 2009 this Group organised a highly successful half day conference at the home of the Arthur Rank Centre in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire.

The Group meets four times a year to share ideas for Easter, summer outreaches, Harvest and Christmas.  While primarily concerned for rural churches of all denominations in Warwickshire it welcomes those from neighbouring Northamptonshire and southeast Leicestershire.  Lots of good ideas have emerged from this group so watch out for some additional pages.
