About us

Rural Missions Solutions is part of the work of the Centre for Rural Mission.  The title might be new to you but we have been around a long time.  You might klnow us better as Rural Sunrise.

We are a registered charity (registered as Sunrise Ministries) and a member of the Rural Evangelism Network, which in turn is part of the Churches Rural Group within Churches Together in England.

We are an ecumenical rural mission consultancy and enabling organisation with a strong emphasis on sound contextualisation.  We work regularly with churches from all mainline denominations with a rural presence.  We are involved in researching, writing, teaching as well as being practitioners in rural mission.

We offer a gentle but clear evangelistic ministry using a programme of gospel songs and stories, we can help and encourage a missional vision within a church, we lead church away-days exploring appropriate mission and evangelism using the tailored mission approach, we provide experienced lecturers for rural mission modules and conference speakers, we porduce a range of resources many of which can be found on this website, and much more.
